Trash And Water Waste

We contaminate a lot when we throw trash to the ground ,even though it is a small piece of paper if everyone in the wold threw one little piece imagine how much trash.Luckily not everyone throws trashes to the ground , even though there are lots of people who throw lots of trash and also there are people who recycle a lot and also they reuse things.



Another big issue we have is wasting water,but sometimes we waste lots of water and don't even know it because we are taking a bath and take to long or watering some plants to often.Also when we buy water in bottles is very contaminating because the plastic of the bottles almost all the time doesn't get recycled instead of buying a filter which doesn't waste plastic and uses only the water you need.WE waste water when we flush the toilet to because if you put a brick in the tank then it will make less water flush and you would save hundreds of gallons of water per year.

Things we do and use that affect the environment

We affect the environment every day with things we do like take long showers becuse that water gets wasted.We also affect by having built a house because that destroys animals homes and also transportation is a something that affects a lot because lots of families have 2 or 3 cars and that produces lots of gasses when it is driven and also when it is produced in the factory.

Big factories affect the environment a lot because when the factory builds something it emits lots of gasses which contaminate a lot and also destroys the ozone layer which keeps the oxygen in Earth .Most factories know they pollute a lot but they don't do anything to stop polluting so much,even though there are lots of factories who make things that don't pollute more like electric cars that are not widely produced but in months or a year they will sell lots of them so the air is not so polluted.

Deforestation

Deforestation is one of the biggest issues by which the environment is affected. It involves cutting trees for furniture, or that people need to cut lots of trees and that makes lots of animals loose their habitats and can also make some animals get extinct.
Also deforestation makes lots of forests become wastelands and increases desertification. Most people don’t know this but when you cut a tree it produces CO2 which affects the climate and destroys the ozone layer, imagine how much is produced when you cut a whole forest.


A thing we use every day is got from trees , paper but it takes lots of trees and forests to make paper .People who do it cut lots of trees to make all the paper we use.For furniture people have to cut lots of trees too, and they have two ways to cut , clear cutting which cuts all the trees in a zone which is safer for the people who cut and cheaper too.Selective cutting is the other way to cut but that is not so safe and is more expensive , but the way that affects less the environment is selective cutting because clear cutting throws all the bad wood away when they have already cut it and just waste it.

Project Introduction

I am Gabriel Vela ,I study in CMSFQ and I have been assigned to make a blog and show teachers and people who are interested to learn about how the environment is affected by big companies and even small things we do like not recycling and wasting electricity.





My goal is to show how the environment is affected by almost everything we do.My role is supposedly being a scientist who is specialized in environmental issues and how to solve them.My situation is to investigate a lot about my topic and know the causes and effects of everything people do.My audience is companies that contaminate a lot and people who want to reduce their contamination.





I will use my blog to inform people how to contaminate less and where to look for ideas.I will use Freehand to make a poster in freehand that has evidence of companies polluting, a PowerPoint with pictures of deforestation , contamination ,etc. and also places that show things that you can do to contaminate less.
